Zenmart Onboarding & Shopping Experience
For Zenmart, my goal was to design a smooth, personalised onboarding experience that reduces friction and builds user trust from the very first interaction. The flow begins with visually engaging welcome screens that use strong lifestyle imagery to communicate Zenmart’s brand personality and fashion-forward positioning. I focused on creating a seamless sign-in experience by offering multiple social login options (Google, Facebook, Apple), ensuring quick entry while maintaining user convenience. Once inside, users are guided through a clean, minimal profile-setup process designed to feel effortless; each field is structured for quick scanning with ample spacing, large inputs, and supportive micro-interactions. The intention was to help the system deliver personalised recommendations without overwhelming new users.
The shopping experience continues this simplicity. I designed product detail screens that balance visual hierarchy and clarity—placing the product image at the top, followed by essential information such as reviews, offers, EMI details, size options, and available colors. All interactive elements follow rounded, accessible patterns to create a friendly and modern feel. By keeping the interface airy and reducing cognitive load, users can easily focus on the product itself. Across the entire flow, my emphasis was on creating a familiar e-commerce experience while subtly elevating the brand through strong imagery, predictable patterns, and smooth transitions. Zenmart’s UX is intentionally minimal yet expressive, crafted to help users onboard quickly and shop confidently with a sense of personal relevance.
